Risk Free Return Policy

At Khalm Skincare®, we stand by our products with the best return policy in beauty. We will gladly accept returns of unopened and unused product indefinitely, but we hope that you will give it a try. If after using our products for 30 days and you are unsatisfied for any reason, you are welcome to return any unused portion of the product for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Simply email us with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return at within 30 days of purchase. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Shipping costs incurred for returns will be the responsibility of the customer. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded

How to Complete Your Return

Pack up the items in the shipping box (ideal will be the box that was mailed to you).
Include a copy of your packaging slip with your return. If you don't have a packing slip, please include the following information with your return:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Telephone Number
  • Khalm Skincare® order confirmation number
  • A reason for return

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and are processing your refund. The refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

If you've been notified that you're receiving a refund, but it has been more than 10 business days since the notice has been issued, please contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted to your account.

Please note that the shipping cost is non-refundable & the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return products.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at for further instructions.

United States Shipping

Most orders ship out of our warehouse within 48 business hours. Standard domestic shipping takes about 3-7 business days for package delivery. Due to COVID-19, orders could experience shipping delays.

Where do orders ship from? We ship from Utah.

International Shipping

Do you ship orders to the UK & EU? No, we do not ship to the UK & EU at this time.

One product: $10.00

Two products: $20.00

Three product or Trio Set: $30.00

Four products or more: $35.00

Lost Orders or Tracking Issues

An order is considered lost if tracking never confirms package status as "delivered"

If tracking shows no movement or looks to be stuck after exceeding the appropriate amount of shipping days, then orders may be considered lost and a claim will need to be made

How many days following the last tracking update should I file my claim? Domestic orders - 5 days, International orders - 20 days

Claims for orders lost-in-transit must be filed no later than 30 days from the last available tracking update.

Stolen Orders

An order is considered stolen if tracking confirms package status as "delivered," but not received. We ask that you wait 5 days from the day your package status was marked delivered before reaching out and filing your claim.

Claims for stolen orders must be filed within 15 days from the date your package was marked delivered.
